Returns and refunds

14-day refund promise

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your digital product and we’ll provide a full refund—even if you’ve already downloaded it. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thehumanprotocol.co.uk with your order number or the email address used at checkout, and tell us you would like a refund.

We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. We don’t charge a refund fee.

After a refund, please stop using the product and delete any downloaded or printed copies.

Problems with your files

If a file is missing, damaged, inaccessible or not as described, please contact us so we can help. Where appropriate, we’ll provide a replacement or corrected file, or a price reduction or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Your legal rights

Our 14-day refund promise is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content may continue beyond the 14-day period.

Physical returns

Our current products are digital downloads, so there is no physical item to return.
