Digital delivery

The Human Protocol currently sells digital PDF downloads. No physical items will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After successful payment, you’ll receive an email containing a download link at the email address supplied during checkout.

The 7-Day Reset includes the main guide and the Companion Pack. Your download may contain both PDFs in a ZIP file. Extract the ZIP file to access the PDFs.

Save the files somewhere easy to find. You can fill them in digitally using a compatible PDF reader or print them for your own use.

If your download email hasn’t arrived, check your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, email hello@thehumanprotocol.co.uk with your order number.
